Web design & maintenance for local service businesses

Found when they search. Booked when they call.

Superuser builds and maintains the website that a local service business relies on — fast, found on Google, and built to turn those searches into booked jobs.

This is forowner-operated service businesses: plumbers, dentists, landscapers, cleaners, electricians. You run the business. I build and keep the thing that fills your calendar.

Not a fit if you need national campaigns, 40-page sites, or an in-house marketing department. I will say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.

How Superuser works commercially

  • Fixed price, written down first

Named pages, named deliverables, named timeline. If it is not on the list, it is a change order with a price.

  • Balance due on launch day

Not before. The 50% deposit holds your start date; the rest is due the day the site goes up.

  • You own everything, day one

Your domain, your logo, your copy, your photos, your analytics. Not a hostage.

  • Leave any month, and take it with you

30 days’ notice, no exit fee, and you keep the site’s source code. I will help you deploy it anywhere.

Three ways to work together

One price, one scope, one timeline

Every price below includes everything listed. Anything not listed is an add-on, and anything beyond the list goes through a written change order before I build it.

Prices are fixed and final. The 2/4/6-week timelines assume we get your text, your photos and your approvals — if you go quiet for 10 business days the timeline pauses rather than the invoice growing.

How it works

Six steps, and you can stop at any of them

  1. Free 20-minute call

I look at what you have now and tell you what I actually think you need — including “less than you think”. If I think you do not need what you are asking for, I will say so on this call.

  2. Fixed written proposal

Named pages, named price, named timeline. No hourly surprises, and no scope that is still being worked out while you are waiting.

  3. 50% deposit holds your start date

The balance is due on launch day, before the site goes live. No financing and no payment plans — I would rather you have the cash conversation with me than with a lender.

  4. I build it and train you

A screen-share call using your own content, recorded and sent to you, plus a guide for the parts you will need without me.

  5. You go live, with 30 days of fixes

Thirty days of post-launch fixes at no charge. If something does not work as promised it is a bug in what I built, and that is unconditional — I fix it and I do not invoice it.

  6. Care plan, if you want it

Month-to-month. Leave any month with 30 days’ notice and take your domain, your content, and your site’s source code with you. No exit fee.

Straight with you

We’re new. Here’s how to de-risk that.

We haven’t got a wall of testimonials, and we’re not going to invent any. Judge us on these three things instead.

  1. The site you are looking at

This is the demo. Pull it apart in a browser, view the source, open it on a five-year-old phone and try to break it. It is built to be inspected, not admired.

  2. A scope specific enough to argue with

Every package names every page and every feature in the price. If something is not on the list, it is a change order with a written price — so you can check the claim rather than take it on trust.

  3. Terms a bigger agency would refuse

Fixed price, balance due on launch rather than up front, cancel any month, and take the source code with you if you leave. A business with a reputation to protect does not offer these. A business with nothing to protect can.

And one thing I will never promise

I do not guarantee rankings, and you should not pay anyone who does. What I can guarantee is narrower and real: the technical foundation will be correct, the listing will be properly set up, and you will get a report every month showing what moved and what did not — including the months when nothing did.

Paid ads go live in 7–14 days, which is exactly why they exist. If you need booked jobs in the next 30 days, that is the honest answer and I will tell you instead of selling you something slow.

The first conversation is free, and it is usually the most useful one.

Twenty minutes. I look at what you have now and tell you what I actually think you need — including “less than you think”. If you do not need what you came here to buy, I will tell you and that conversation costs you nothing.
