Case studies
There is nothing published on this page yet, and there is not going to be a stand-in for it. Here is what we have instead.
The honest version
We have not built a client site yet
Superuser is new. There is no portfolio, no wall of testimonials, and no client whose name we are allowed to print. Putting invented work on this page would be easy, it would last about a week, and it would mean every real client you ever hire us for found out on day one that the rest of this site was made up too.
So this page is empty, and it stays empty until there is something real to put in it. The three slots below are reserved and labelled. When a project goes live and the owner has seen their own numbers, it gets written up — not before.
What is coming
Three reserved slots, one per package
Each slot is tied to a package because the interesting question is different for each one. What is written in them is a question to be answered, never a result.
Slot 01 · empty
Launch
Can a business with no website get a credible one in two weeks?
What it will contain
- The starting position: what the business had, and what it was costing them to have nothing
- The exact scope signed off, including the page list and what was pushed to an add-on
- The build, and the 30-day fix window
- What changed, measured on calls and form fills — reported whether it moved or not
$2,500 · 2 weeks
Slot 02 · empty
Growth
Does the SEO foundation make a difference in year two, not year one?
What it will contain
- The starting position: what was already ranking, and for what
- The keyword research, the service-area system, and the Google Business Profile pass
- The monthly reports, including the months where nothing moved
- Where the traffic actually came from, and what it cost
$6,500 · 4 weeks
Slot 03 · empty
Commerce
Can a first online store be handed over so thoroughly that the owner runs it alone?
What it will contain
- The starting position: how they were selling before, and what it was costing
- The store build, the tax and shipping rules, and the two live test transactions
- The recorded staff training, and how the order-management guide was used
- The first 90 days of real orders, and the things that broke
$12,500 · 6 weeks
The rules this page holds itself to
- No client name, logo or photograph appears here until that client has agreed to it in writing
- No metric is published that I cannot show the underlying work behind
- No testimonial is written, edited or implied — not even an unattributed one
- A project is only listed once it is live and the owner has seen the numbers themselves
What you can check us on today
The process, in full
You do not need a portfolio to know whether a supplier will be reliable. You need to know what they do on week one, what they do when it breaks, and what happens to your money if it goes wrong. So here it is, step by step, at every price.
Free 20-minute call
I look at what you have now and tell you what I actually think you need — including “less than you think”. If I think you do not need what you are asking for, I will say so on this call.
Fixed written proposal
Named pages, named price, named timeline. No hourly surprises, and no scope that is still being worked out while you are waiting.
50% deposit holds your start date
The balance is due on launch day, before the site goes live. No financing and no payment plans — I would rather you have the cash conversation with me than with a lender.
I build it and train you
A screen-share call using your own content, recorded and sent to you, plus a guide for the parts you will need without me.
You go live, with 30 days of fixes
Thirty days of post-launch fixes at no charge. If something does not work as promised it is a bug in what I built, and that is unconditional — I fix it and I do not invoice it.
Care plan, if you want it
Month-to-month. Leave any month with 30 days’ notice and take your domain, your content, and your site’s source code with you. No exit fee.
Three things to check
Judge us on these while the portfolio is empty
A new agency has exactly one advantage over an established one: nothing to protect, so nothing to cut corners on. These are the three places that shows up.
The site you are looking at
This is the demo. Pull it apart in a browser, view the source, open it on a five-year-old phone and try to break it. It is built to be inspected, not admired.
A scope specific enough to argue with
Every package names every page and every feature in the price. If something is not on the list, it is a change order with a written price — so you can check the claim rather than take it on trust.
Terms a bigger agency would refuse
Fixed price, balance due on launch rather than up front, cancel any month, and take the source code with you if you leave. A business with a reputation to protect does not offer these. A business with nothing to protect can.
The next case study is probably going to be yours.
Book the free twenty minutes. If it turns into a project, you will be the first client with a write-up on this page, and I will ask your permission before a word of it is published.
